The Role:
As our Brand Communications Specialist, you’ll drive brand communication strategies that increase customer engagement and brand identity. Your role is critical in executing effective campaigns, partnerships, and public relations activities.
- I develop and implement a communication strategy that includes social media communications campaigns that deliver on strategic goals.
- I co-ordinate influencer strategy (influencer and brand partners) by partnering with social team
- I coordinate in market brand collaboration opportunities to build brand awareness.
- I work with PR agencies to support new store opening and any PR Events (if/when needed)
- I work with external suppliers (agency and license partners) to ensure they are delivering what we need and that briefs are met on time and within budgets.
- I influence across the business to build meaningful stakeholder relationships and deliver innovative, fresh and commercially led solutions.
- I collaborate with key stakeholders to interpret design briefs, clarify needs and deliver to Brand and functional objectives.
- I analyze reporting insights and data to inform decision making on subsequent campaigns that will support commercial outcomes and return on investment.
- I pay attention to industry trends and best practice, taking action to engage our customer and stay ahead of our competitors.
- I inspire, care for and grow others and myself at every stage of the people lifecycle, to facilitate succession.
- I set expectations, review performance, provide feedback and follow up using the Group performance framework.
- I lead the COG way and build a team of engaged Brand and product ambassadors.
- I look after others and myself, and lead in alignment with our Safety Matters Framework.

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000, depending on experience.
