<p><b>Summary/Objective</b></p>
<ul>
<li>We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with a strong proficiency in WordPress and Laravel. Experience with Flutter is a plus.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, working closely with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and Laravel.</li>
<li>Customize and extend functionalities of WordPress-based websites.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.</li>
<li>Ensure responsiveness and performance of applications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Backend Developer.</li>
<li>Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of database design and optimization.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with flutter or other mobile app development frameworks.</li>
<li>Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li>
<li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.</li>
</ul>
