Equatorial Guinea minister Baltasar Engonga trends again as he reportedly shares first photo following his release from jail.
It would be recalled that Baltasar Engonga had caused a frenzy after 400 videos of him leaked online.
Following this, he was sacked and jailed after being found guilty by the government.
An alleged photo that has been making the rounds online shows the man with a woman enjoying the view at a beach.
It is alleged that the photo was taken after his supposed release from jail.
