Goals from Uchenna Kanu, Rasheedat Ajibade (two), and Asisat Oshoala handed the West Africans a comfortable victory.
This result ensured they qualified from the second round of the qualifiers.
Nigeria will now battle Cameroon for a place in the final playoff round.
The Cameroonians beat Uganda 3-2 on aggregate.
Uganda held a 2-0 advantage in the first leg and needed to avoid a defeat in Yaounde to cause an upset.
The game between Nigeria and Cameroon will be played between the 19th and 28th of February next year.
